Business Outlook
Pros
Company invests into the people, desire to see everyone succeed, amazing culture. Could ask for a better company to work for. I don't feel like I go to work, I feel like I get to play a game with friends for 8 hours a day.
Cons
Still maturing on processes which can lead to favoritism at times depending on relationships you build internally. There is a ramp up period for someone that is new to recruiting.
