      Pros

      The culture at Vaco is fantastic and one of the biggest reasons for my being there. Their 11 core tenants include "fix the problem, not the blame" and "assume positive intent." I feel encouraged and empowered each and everyday to chart my own course and build my own Vaco journey.

      Cons

      The org structure leaves something to be desired. Vaco is taking major steps though to improve.

      Best recruiting company in the game! They make me feel valued and appreciated. They work tirelessly to get you the best placement possible.

      Not using Vaco, any other company will not offer the same high quality experience.

      Opportunities depend on client demand, which is typical in consulting.
