Pros
Vaco's young at heart culture make for a work hard play hard rewarding environment. With few guardrails, Vaco is a place to spread your wings and make the most of what the Finance and IT staffing industry can provide. I have worked for two larger staffing firms, private and public, and love that this is not a numbers driven, margin driven environment. I get to make my own decisions and do what is best for the customer.
Cons
The lack of micromanagement can set some people up for failure. Internal producers run their own desk and must be self driven. Opportunity to climb a leadership ladder does not exist at Vaco. Opportunity to make lots of money does.
