      Pros

      - Very flexible with your personal time - Great life/work balance - Will train you on just about anything if you show ambition - Management makes a strong effort to listen to worker criticisms - Only company I've ever worked for that seems to stick to it's vision/mission statement: "observations for a better tomorrow"

      Cons

      Don't really have any since they gave us a cost of living increase this year.

      Generally a small company Decent PTO Quality Products and solution

      Cons

      Pay not up to standard Starting to become a Micro-managed company Benefits (401-K) not up to par with others Greed at the top; making targets that are not realistic. Now more added management layers that only monitor the workers
