Pros

Great benefits and pay, great projects, great peers Because projects are results oriented, time off is not limited so long as you hit your deadlines. The best thing about this company is they are continuing to work on improvements and in the year I have been here there has been a lot of action to keep people happy and productive. I have never had a company try so hard to improve an already great environment. There is a very west coast startup feel, with perks resembling things you hear about in places like Google.

Cons

This company is results oriented, if you seek to work a strict 9-5 this might not wont work out for you. While I can count the number of weeks I have had to work more than 40 hours on one hand, it can and will likely happen. If you work remote, some of the perks are not available but you certainly have a shorter commute to make up for it.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Cons

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Pros

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Cons

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
