We are in an fast pace and outcome driven environment and while we have the framework in place to balance time the way to enact that balance is ultimately yours to own. As for people development, we have focused on laying a foundation of terrific people leaders to support our staff as the organization grows. This team continues to focus on our people and developing our processes and practices to provide the best outcomes for all of our employees in their careers.
