Pros

Hip work environment, a lot of good people work there and there are several that care about you and your growth; good opportunity to learn new skills and grow while you're there

Cons

Accounts with work life balance are few and far between; everyone is stretched thin with the growth; resourcing needs a lot of improvement; expectations around raises and promotions are not clear; seems overtime is a base expectation

Thank you for the feedback. We value our work/life balance and have several strategies to help people take advantage of those. If you’re still an employee here please reach out to someone on the team to assist you in planning for time to balance the demands of our clients. We are in an fast pace and outcome driven environment and while we have the framework in place to balance time the way to enact that balance is ultimately yours to own. As for people development, we have focused on laying a foundation of terrific people leaders to support our staff as the organization grows. This team continues to focus on our people and developing our processes and practices to provide the best outcomes for all of our employees in their careers. We will continue to focus our efforts in these areas to deliver the highest quality experiences for our partners and employees alike. We appreciate all feedback and will take the time to reflect on yours and take action where appropriate.

Pros

I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.

Cons

Health insurance was a little expensive.

Pros

You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.

Cons

Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation. Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations. Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts. Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap. Paid below market rate.
