      Pros

      Salaried employees are paid over time. Hours are somewhat flexible. Big company with a big budget, looks good on a resume. Good pay. Stock option program.

      Cons

      There are so many layers of management it's impossible to figure out what's going on because they don't know what's going on. No communication between departments. I tried to mentor another junior employee to help him with career advancement and it was shut down. I worked there 3 years and had 5 different direct managers. Promotions were given to friends. Don't bother if you're a woman.

      I have been employed with Vector Aerospace for 15 years. I had planned to retire here but the company will be closing within the next month.

      I have nothing bad to say about the company.

      Pros

      The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

      Cons

      Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
