      -Established company in low level firmware and software tools within the automotive industry -Great product and high quality services -Really good team culture -- everyone works together -Amazing benefits like healthcare -Good work life balance, flexible hours -Managers that care and work to align company goals with employee goals and development -Strong job stability

      -Uncompetitive compensation despite record sales year to year -Provides little or no salary increase with promotions -Compensate significant growth of the company using large bonuses instead of salary increases

      Pros

      High tech engineering, flexable working hour, Nice people. Manager do not managing too much. I can handle my work by myself. A few paper work.

      Cons

      Nothing. Hmmm.... It is eally hard to find. Minimum word is bothering me. Multi tasking skill is required, but it makes me grow fast and wide. Sometimes business trip is too much but i like it.
