    Vector has great products and provides the tools you need to get the job done in a flexible environment.

    Cons

    Those who tend to be successful are self motivated and willing to do projects or work across teams.

    I worked at Vector CANtech full-time

    Pros

    Lots of talented individuals, great company if you are just starting your career

    Cons

    No room for growth, Salary not competitive. Managers have been there forever and think they know it all, they don't have the ability or the knowledge on how to manage people

    Advice to Management

    Need to discipline and get rid of individuals that don't contribute to the bottom line

    I have been working at Vector CANtech (More than a year)

    Pros

    High tech engineering, flexable working hour,
    Nice people. Manager do not managing too much.
    I can handle my work by myself.
    A few paper work.

    Cons

    Nothing.
    Hmmm.... It is eally hard to find.
    Minimum word is bothering me.
    Multi tasking skill is required, but it makes me grow fast and wide.
    Sometimes business trip is too much but i like it.

    Advice to Management

    Good.
    It is going well. I think.

    I have been working at Vector CANtech full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    The benefits are very good, people are nice.

    Cons

    Seems most of the females are admins. One gal tried to move up to the next level and appeared to have all the right qualifications but it was given to a male with what seems like half the experience.

    Pros

    Its a very chill operation work as hard as you want but that means however hard you work is the money you will get out.

    Cons

    its pretty much a pyramid scheme

    I have been working at Vector CANtech as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The people are amazing, personal coaching, and if you need help they are there.

    Cons

    After doing appointments getting leads from those customers are sometimes discouraging.

    Advice to Management

    I do not suggest anything to management, they are doing an awesome job!
