Before my internship I did not know about Vectorform to the extent I do now but from my experience I highly recommend this company to other students looking for an internship. Vectorform encourages it's interns to be involved in hands-on experiences in addition to allowing them to participate in client interactions to grasp the entire process. The CEO made it a priority to speak with all the interns on the first week and introduce the company. I personally worked with the People Operations and Marketing teams at Vectorform and can confidently say I have learned and grown more in one summer than I could have even expected. I never ran out of tasks to do or items to work on which I found to be very impressive and helpful. My team members were excellent with communication and motivated me to produce my best work each time. I found the environment at Vectorform to be a safe place for me to build my confidence and work on things I struggled with prior to my internship. The experiences and opportunities I have had at Vectorform are something I will take with me in my future and for that I am beyond thankful for being able to work for such an incredible company!
