The worst company I've been involved with - Agent Velapoint Employee Review

We have not had any pay cuts for our agents. As with most insurance agent jobs this position very much is a commission based position. We do pay our agents a base pay rate as well which has not changed. But, we have definitely not cut anyone's pay. We have a lot of agents that have been here for several years and are very happy with their compensation. Like with any commission based job you get out what you put in. Thank you for your feedback.
