      Shared commission - great for new starters and builds team morale/boosting.

      Cons

      Shared commission - not ideal if you are a top biller and if coworkers are not pulling their weight. Low base salary but that is typical with commission based roles.

      Pros

      I had a great experience as an intern in the Finance department. Everyone was so kind and willing to answer my questions. I felt welcomed and part of the team, and I felt that the work I was doing was actually making a difference
