      Generally good benefits and solid AST solution

      Cons

      Senior leadership lost its way and all of the C Suite left (and others) since the new CEO. No real vision, lack of ability to get things done, micromanager even where it is not useful or he doesn't understand having never done it. Time for change

      Pros

      Good leadership and career growth. Excellent health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.

      The work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership Product strategy all talk - minimal action Don't honor compensation plan pay outs Back to office if within 1 hour of driving to office with no additional pay
