Senior leadership lost its way and all of the C Suite left (and others) since the new CEO. No real vision, lack of ability to get things done, micromanager even where it is not useful or he doesn't understand having never done it. Time for change

Cons
Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.

The executive team did implement a hybrid, return-to-office approach, and we’re excited to see more Veracoders working together in our offices to collaborate and connect in person.
In our product organization, we’ve also made several exciting changes over the past few months, including welcoming a new Chief Product Officer and continuing to invest in our product strategy and execution.
