      Great people working at the company. Strong work ethic and focused on making the business a success.

      Cons

      Leadership starting with the CEO who doesn't know what he is doing. Board really needs to pay attention to the lack of knowledge and outcomes. Talks a great game but there is no substance.

      Pros

      Good leadership and career growth. Excellent health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.

      The work/life balance is good.

      Cons

      Poor leadership Product strategy all talk - minimal action Don't honor compensation plan pay outs Back to office if within 1 hour of driving to office with no additional pay
