Pros

My project offers permanent work-from-home (WFH); there is no need to come to the office.

Cons

There is no job safety. Work-life balance is completely lacking — we are required to work late nights and even on weekends. Management is poor and does not consider the well-being of employees. The team lead and manager lack proper knowledge. Even if they do have some, they don't share it or provide help when you're stuck. Instead, they just pressure you to deliver results, regardless of how.

Pros

Good leadership and career growth. Excellent health insurance and benefits.

Cons

Nothing substantial. Only pains felt while working there were universally felt (Global Pandemic, Impact of AI) and each time Veracode put both employees and customers at the center of their decision making.

Pros

There are some nice, hard working, genuine people here that care about their work, customers, and the product they produce.

Cons

Toxic culture. CEO talks about everyone including those he keeps close to him. Everyone knows this goes on and it spreads like wildfire. The company has a product issue but he wont admit it because he was the one running Product before becoming the CEO. Any issue with the product is one he created. Instead of fixing the problem he would rather call everyone stupid and lazy. Look at his executive team. NOBODY lasts! At what point does the board recognize the common denominator.
