Pros

Not many to speak of since Covid. If you’re not being looked at sideways you can totally skate by. Just don’t give specific details about your failures and short comings and everyone will still pat you on the back.m so yay!!

Cons

Well, no one in leadership actually cares about rectifying these They recently fired or pushed into other roles the entire SDR team that really doesn’t seem smart

Thank you for your feedback! We definitely have high expectations for our team members and we know they have high expectations for us as their employer, as well. We are a data-driven company, so if something is working (or not working) we make changes as needed based on valuable feedback from our clients and our teams. As a result, we disagree that anyone can "skate by" here. We reward employees for hard work and try to coach when performance is low. We want employees to feel that they are creating value, and recognized for that. We definitely miss all of the in-person team activities that we have been unable to do since COVID hit! We do know that many departments have done virtual movie nights, coffee hour, and we even had a drive-by Employee Appreciation Day last month. We are always seeking feedback from all employees on what fun events we can be doing. Hopefully you provided some ideas to help us do even more fun things in the future! We find your comment about the SDR team simply false. While we recently moved our existing SDRs into higher-level, well-earned positions, nobody was off-boarded from that team as a result of that change, even going back to the last 3 months. Additionally, our leadership team consists of 12+ people from various backgrounds and departments. The implication that none of these individuals care about rectifying issues our employees face is just not true. The VF leadership team cares a lot about employees and ensuring that they feel heard and valued. While we welcome all constructive comments, we hope in the future you make sure the feedback you leave is truthful, as that is your responsibility when posting on this forum. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to us at HR@Verifiedfirst.com.

Pros

There are some amazing people at the organization.

Cons

The level or micromanagement is unlike I have ever seen in my career. Only certain employees are allowed laptops so they are forced to work at their desks and good luck working at a conference. You literally have to email all of management and the team your “end of day” including a task list of what you did for the day…because you know they can’t pull a sales report. But they do, that is sent every morning! Additionally they have click tracking software installed on all the sales teams computers. Your phone calls are recorded and sales meetings video recorded. You have ZERO autonomy at this company. Leadership has no trust in their employees. Ironic for a company who attempted to utilize prison labor to cut costs. VF sister company Safety Security ended up in litigation for this exact reason. If you could background screen the company on ethics they would fail. They discriminate against female employees, harassment has been a documented issue that is swept under the rug. Additionally their pay (base/commission) is far below other companies in the market. Six different employees expressed that they were lied to about the commission structure and pay by sales leadership and nothing was ever addressed.
