Horrible Management-all about the money - Registered Nurse Vi Employee Review

Horrible management which was constantly changing--over 8 director of nursing staff in less than 3 years. Current management never helped out the nurses on the floor--wore their suits and refused to help despite them being nurses themselves. Constantly belittled nursing staff. If they want to get rid of you they will make up lies and fire you. The allow residents to abuse staff and they do not value their staff. I will make sure all my nursing friends steer clear of them.
