Amazing young talent, casual dress code, tickets to events

Poor/lazy leadership, no accountability. Managers like to pointing the finger instead of take responsibility. Profanity and inappropriate language is normal around the office. Gossip is shared from higher executives to other team members causing high school drama. No training strategy for new hires. No clear vision or guidance from management. Unfair pay (Pay is based on personal interest in the employee instead of experience or level). High turn over rate based on unprofessional environment and managers.
