      Flexibility, great snacks and aesthetically pleasing office space

      Cons

      No training, no leadership and bad behavior being enabled from the top. A lot of work, very authoritarian and no collaboration; an overall hostile work environment.

      People are friendly, and work environment is clean.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
