      ZERO Life Work Balance Uninspiring Senior Management ZERO Leadership Non Existant Structure Zero Procedures In Place Zero Salary Structure - An Assistant can come in making more than an Engineer, etc. Unengaged Executives Tons of Last Minute Changes CEO has ADD and needs to be involved in what direction the rugs in the conference rooms are facing.

      People are friendly, and work environment is clean.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
