      Small team leaders in certain parts of the company are great. Work Life Balance. Teammates & Technicians

      Cons

      Upper management and the executive board. Location of production facility. Decisions made a decade the past will haunt the company. Too many people in high positions who add no value to the company.

      People are friendly, and work environment is clean.

      Cons

      Slowly taking away employee's benefit like WFH and required 50 hrs/week. Management is conflicting with each other and made bad decision because of schedule driven or lack of technical knowledge.
