      Work from home is nice.

      Cons

      Management is very out of touch with the employees. The push to get things done is quite aggressive and your work life balance will not exist. Can't make up their minds and keep changing things. Some of the managers really needs to learn how to be a manager.

      Senior leadership is unstable and lacks direction. Major burnout issues, turnover is very high. People leaving due to poor leadership and no confidence.
