Sales department - Senior Sales Visionet Systems Employee Review

Very poor pre-sales process with zero lead gen or nurturing. Senior sales people expected to find their own leads with no assistance whatsoever. Management are unhelpful, dismissive, have no respect and favour staff from their own background and culture.
