      Pros

      I cannot think of much of positive things here. The company is very opportunistic and have no employee orientation.

      Cons

      The HR policies are the worst. It only manages and controls the global CEO by presenting fake and divisive picture and not really care about its employees. The CEO has an inclination toward certain communities of his nationality. HR has learned this and presents things in a convoluted manner to keep the CEO engaged in useless things which are not important. The CEO has very little knowledge and interest in fixing things in the long run and is only interested in short-term interests.

      The toxic environment in the US office and culture is absent

      Cons

      Highly toxic environment There is no culture. All they keep uttering every day is revenue.. revenue.. revenue.. HR is incompetent and promotes toxicity. Pakistan centric company so there is no diversity… the CEO does not care about the culture and changes policies with his moods. Not a global company at all… they will talk about global presence but it is all fake. These things can be verified by looking at how they make decisions and where the power centers lie.

      Pros

      The only pro with this company is that if you want to do nothing, nobody would understand and you can easily kill the time. The CEO, Mr Masood, has no idea about running a digital solutions company.

      Cons

      - Has the worst culture. No respect for talented people. If you keep your mind shut and accept all nonsense then you can easily survive here. - The CEO, Mr Masood, does not understand a bit about the business and works on his moods and changes every second due to his mood fits - If this company has to survive, the CEO should step down immediately - If you do not belong to Pakistan, you can be fired for any reason at any time - This company is a cover to protect the interests of few top executives all belonging to the same community - There is rampant favoritism and adhoc-ness at every position - You can come and go anytime, without doing anything, as long as you know how to speak and sell fake ideas on revenue
