      They were a good reputable company as you can expect for a big company and if allowed to progress I think it would have been good. Actually working there was fun and challenging and I enjoyed it

      Cons

      They made me redundant and moved the whole branch over seas cause it was cheaper after 3 months.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
