A good campus which is modern and well spaced out
Cons
A massive culture of blame, where there is 0 collaboration within teams let alone cross functionally. All senior positions are filled with Vodafone 'lifers' meaning there are very few new ideas and people who come in with innovative thoughts either leave or quickly become disenfranchised
