      Pros

      People you work with are great.recruiters do a good job. Mobile service is great. Home broadband is not so working in broadband is tedious and shouldn’t be.

      Cons

      Glasgow office neglected by dictatorial leadership team based in England. Stupid decisions made without consultation. Team leaders in Glasgow not respected, kept in the dark. Strict call centre environment. Offshore staff cannot provide quality services to UK customers that they are paying for.
