Huge company in a very interesting sector, there is always interesting projects going on. Opportunities to learn about the Telco industry. Competitive salary and great benefits. Modern and progressive environment, reasonable workload.
Cons
Too much bureaucracy, too many senseless emails, and fear from managers to be proactive and assume projects. Inconsistent implementation of HR benefits across departments, too much leverage for managers to block benefits to which employees are entitled.
