Sheboygan area seems to have a very insular culture. Positive culture attempted to instill seemingly akin to summoning Beetlejuice. Like a catchphrase, respect for all others. Depends on your interpretation, I suppose.

Being treated like a ghost in the room repeatedly, visually acknowledged by team members, yet not responding in any way to input. Gatekeeping relevant information, processes needed to execute simple tasks - from director level process owners. Petty gatekeeping and inefficent, redundant work created by team leads. Executives comparing individual contributors to beaten puppies. Executive dismissing any of the above early on in tenure. Being cyberstalked by a 'mentor' after resigning. Having HR revert my address on benefits, more than 6 times, again, after resigning.
