Pros
Voodoo is quite unique on his kind, it's not always easy to join a young and fast-growing tech company as you always need to adapt and be creative, no matter in which business unit you are working for. The easy and appreciable thing at Voodoo is that you can quickly be trusted by the Management if you are doing your job properly. For sure at the beginning you will need to prove oneself (as everywhere) but after that you will always be listened whatever if you are someone with 2 or 15 years experienced. Since I joined one year ago we had some really good time and of course some more difficult, but I always had the feeling that despite the full ownership you have on your project, you can easily ask advise or time with Management to discuss what you are working on. I had several experiences from mature tech to CAC 40 companies and it’s definitely with Voodoo values and culture than I’m more confident with.
