1. CEO/Wife and GM - Genuinely care about core values 2. Direct client relations 3. Perfect temporary job while actively looking for a job 4. Talented Agents This is a great place to work if you are a Voxpronian from the corp office in Ireland and have the opportunity to take over the high salary positions by moving temporarily or permanently to Folsom area. Voxpro IS an Irish company and the US internal positions are more for hourly employee development.
Cons
1.Core values are NOT really valued 2. Absenteeism, turnover, lack of motivation and trust 3. benefits are expensive 4. Pay is lower than most call centers 5. Chairs are not comfortable 6. Salary employee - No experienced development Experienced leaders in the US report directly to inexperienced leaders from Ireland... draining process because they don't know anything about HR, CA Laws, etc. There are quite a bit of Managers and Agents with more experience, but again, this is an IRISH company that rarely seeks to understand our culture or make it OUR company.
