Great company - Purchasing W.B. Mason Employee Review

Great company with a great culture. For selling office supplies they definitely make it fun.

Supply chain issues are fairly common and can be a headache as a sales representative.

Management allows employees to do their job without someone looking over your shoulder the whole shift.

No room for advancement in company, they keep temps for years at a time with no intentions on hiring them permanently. Rat infested warehouse(all you see on rats running all over the place getting into the food products. Rodent feces everywhere. No certifications required to operate heavy equipment. An overwhelming amount of legal and undocumented immigrant workers who barely speak English and can’t read English at all.
