Remote, flexible if you have a family, they offer progyny (fertility benefits).
Cons
They are constantly taking a way bonuses, comissions, benefits (tuition assistance). New managers are constatly coming in and trying to shake things up. Once you're used to a process, someone new is going to come in and take the floor from under you again. The pay is severly under the market average.
