Toxic Culture, Great People, Going Nowhere - Anonymous employee WEX Employee Review

Very toxic and political culture. I can only speak for HR, where it is very back-stabby and the leadership team is run like a high school popularity contest. Constant re-orgs, flip-flopping of initiatives, moving goalposts when it comes to your own performance and career advancement, etc. all combine to create a frustrating and tiring experience. Internal promotions in HR are almost nonexistent unless it’s to a leadership position, which is the only way to move up at WEX. Just know what you’re getting yourself into before accepting an offer, especially in HR
