Before that, they wanted me to work with them for years; afterward, they started micro-managing and demanding ten times more. - Toxic environment: If you say the wrong thing to anyone in a leadership position, they will scream at you and mistreat you. Watch your back with leadership: They might treat you well to your face, but they will tarnish your reputation behind your back. - Lack of growth for international remote workers: There is a distinct cultural barrier here. If you are a Brazilian or not based in the US, you will not be able to grow or get promoted within the company.
