The hourly wage. Working with some of the most talented engineers and cool people around.
Cons
Avoid working for this company especially if you are a contractor. They will entice with a very high hourly wage and make a bunch of promises about hiring you permanently. It's a bunch of B.S. they are buying time till they could figure out how to off-shore your job. Customer service is next.
