Pros
Excellent work-life balance. Parking lots are empty at 5:20 every day. Many pleasant people.
Cons
Middle management is a swamp of conflicting agendas, contrary plans, and a disturbing trait of not sharing vision. Living proof of the concept of people being "promoted to their level of incompetence". Not great pay, poor rewards structure that is heavily skewered to sales "man-child" network.
