Great Benefits and opportunity for advancement within the company, Several shifts available to meet the needs of different life styles.
Cons
Poor Management decisions, Negative environment. No raises. No effort to maintain employees. No incentive to stay with the company. No compensation or recognition for seniority New people get hired and if they were willing to work weekends they are promoted with no skills or training in the positions that they were hired. Not qualified for promotions no experience in the company.
