Pros
- Innovative company; new ideas are taken seriously. - Friendly environment. - Managers don't micro-manage you. - Very competitive pay.
Cons
- It takes 1 year for the 401K match to kick-in; it's just too long and not competitive. Past employers started matching my contributions immediately. - Health insurance is effective only the 1st of the next month of hire. Again, past employers gave me health insurance effective immediately. - No Wi-Fi for personal use; they could create a separate guest access network for that. Must use own phone and data plan.
