Pros
PTO is the only pro for this company. They do provide a generous amount for you which is very nice.
Cons
Chaos on all levels. Wex is a company that likes to appear like they have their stuff together but they do not. This is a churn and burn type of environment. Their "training" is a joke. Their management team also leaves much to be desired. Regional Sales Managers are managed by individuals who have never sold a day in their life. They use a lot of "buzz" words to make themselves sound intelligent but they have no idea what they are doing.
