Pros
Coworkers are easy to approach to talk to and ask questions. HR is very receptive and are great at answering all sorts of questions in regards to benefits. They strive to promote camaraderie between employees. Nice match on 401k after 1 year.
Cons
There hasn't been much in the way of training. Some common problems lack a common procedure that everyone should follow. Healthcare is expensive.
