Inefficient, Siloed, Unreasonable, Ineffective Management on Legal Side - Administrative WEX Employee Review

Tech PM for contract application being implemented is not knowledgeable, awful to work with, hostile towards teammates, drives consultants away (5 so far), everyone's afraid of her including the execs! The bosses don't do anything about PM and tolerate her behavior and also give her bonuses for rolling out tools that actually fail and cannot be used. Legal Director doesn't know how to do resource planning and made EA's and paralegal do work of business analysts.
