Run - Department Manager WEX Employee Review

I’ve worked for Wex since the take over of Discovery Benefits. This place is a revolving door for employees. They put too high of a demand for quota on employees, so they walk. No wonder why Discovery Benefits had been sued so many times in the past. They start stealing money from people after 6 months of not touching their accounts. This place should honestly be shut down with how much illegal activities go on. The sales department is a joke, everything is already prepared for them, so they just go to a client with a crappy lunch provided and hand out papers to read. And they make a majority of the money. There are no bonuses, or don’t expect one, because you honesty won’t be there long enough to reap the benefits. The IT team does not help, their response is always, “Did you put in a ticket?”. It’s a complete waste of time. The IT department was a lot better before Wex bought Discovery Benefits. Much nicer, and easier to reach out to/talk to. And they always got the job done right the first time.
