      Pros

      There isn't much work to do.

      Cons

      My overall experience was lack-luster. The manager that I was hired to support didn't have any input on my hiring and made it very clear by her rudeness that she didn't want any help. She was also very dismissive of being advised that her plan violates many compliance laws, and she forbade me to consult with legal.

      Great Work Life Balance and Great Organization overall.

      Only con was I felt like it was ok to lose for a long period of time by too many people in the Org.

      I liked my boss, great teammates.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs due to poor stock performance. Toxic new engineering leadership. Lots of people bounced.
