      Pros

      Great people, management is receptive to feedback, room for growth, interesting work, generous PTO, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Very large company with a lot of bureaucracy, pay and some benefits are a little subpar, company's financial success is highly correlated to fuel prices so when gas goes up they will scramble to cut expenses

      Only con was I felt like it was ok to lose for a long period of time by too many people in the Org.

      Constant layoffs due to poor stock performance. Toxic new engineering leadership. Lots of people bounced.
