Teams were filled with excellent people Pto around 20+ days is one of the better around the market Role promotions aren't uncommon
Cons
Offshoring of positions Constant shifting of priorities by tech and leadership changes. We had a new CTO every 2 years and with it came switching of enterprise resources. What once was a priority with an acquired company would then be pushed to the side and ended with downsizing of teams, without reallocating resources. You really have to advocate for yourself for role promotions
