      Wonderful company. Here employees are given full freedom and work life balance. Never seen such a great factory and supportive management. HR is available all time and walks daily in factory shop floor and talks with employee

      Salary is less growth. Future after project is challenging

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
