As a support person, you need to on call in 24 hours. However that's the job to be. Few calls in my working experiences for supporting the clients.

Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
