      non-communication from immediate manager on up the ladder. they claim, open door....well you only find things out about the company or organization if you ask. They don't offer any upfront information.

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
