      Fast paced, interesting product, lots of challenges. Never a dull moment and always something to work on.

      Cons

      Poor communication between different systems on the locomotive could lead to multiple redesigns.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
